Up-close, extreme footage of the intense Macksville, KS tornado on June 15, 2009. This tornado passed a few hundred yards in front of the vehicle as it split into two vortices ripping trees from the ground, and then turned southwest and headed straight for us! tornadovideos.net was recording vertical wind data with the mobile radar (CLOVER).
