Video was taken in Winter Park Florida on 8/29/08; between the morning hours of 0830 and 0930.

The Department of Energy prefers to use the word aerosol, instead of the word chemtrail; when they conduct their criminal spray operations over the heads of the public. However it doesn't really matter whether they use the phrase "aerosol spraying", "aerosol experiments", or chemtrail spraying because the same toxic chemicals are being sprayed in the atmosphere on a daily basis throughout the world.

Regardless of how obvious the spraying is, the Department of Energy still says that they are not spraying the atmosphere with chemicals. They don't give a damn about us. They are treating the earth like it is their laboratory and we the people are their test guinea pigs.
