WeatherBug's National Forecast for Thursday April 3, 2008. Severe weather will be experienced in the Southern Plains and the southern portions of the Mississippi Valley. Rain will also be seen through the Ohio River Valley, Mid-Atlantic, and the Southeast. In the Western US there is still a little bit of snow, but pleasant conditions will be the norm.
